Have lots of free time
Can be unpredictable, not good if you have children

Well paid as they expect you to have times of unemployment
You're only fired for about 6 months so you have to be able to find another job
Office hours
Working 9 - 5
Account manager, sales and marketing
Entitled to company benefits, sick pay and maternity leave. Have free weekends
More time consuming and doesn't pay as well
freelance
Not permanently employed to one company 
Script Writers, Photographers, Light operators
More freedom to do what you like and you're not tied down to one company. Also allows you to have more networks.
You don't have a steady income which means you could have to have more than one job at a time.
Irregular patterns
When a person is paid extra money on top of their normal wages when working over time.
Editors, location finders, casting director
Get more money for more work
Can be tiring when you end up working until the early hours of the morning
Hourly rates
When a person is paid by the hour

Photographers, graphic designers
Again the more work you do the more you get paid

Can not be paid well

Piece work
You get paid for the amount of work you do
Writers, editors, Digital media co-ordinate 
If you're a fast working it means more free time

You have to put more effort into what you are doing
